Introducing our new little
girl who just joined us from Sharon Stegall,
Dracoonfly Calamity Jane of
MaineVu "CJ". She has her famous
sire's perfect muzzle and head type that we hope will
contribute greatly to our breeding program in the
future. CJ is a brown ticked tabby with white,
meaning her body lacks the traditional tabby stripes,
but it shows on her head and legs. Look for CJ at
a TICA show near you in the fall. |

We took our
breeding male, Kactus Jack, to an HCM clinic recently where Dr. Nancy Morris screened his heart by
ultrasound. We are happy to report that Jack is
clear of any signs of cardiomyopathy at this time AND he
is negative for the cMyBP-C HCM DNA mutation. |
